Welcome to our new arrival, the JULIA Dress! Available in three earthy tones, this dreamy dress is ideal for absolutely any occasion. Featuring a fitted waistline and floaty skirt shape this piece is perfect for a garden picnic or special event with a simple change of shoes.
Features:
- True to size: choose the size you normally wear
- Fitted bodice and full skirt, which falls from the waist and skimming elegantly over the hips for a flattering effect (we made sure of this!)
- Skirt section is midi length
- Super soft waist band
- Round neckline

- Our model Karina wears a size XS. She is 175cm / 5'7" tall and normally wears a size 8.
- Our model Lauren wears a size XXL. She is 180cm / 5'9" tall and normally wears a size 18.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so we encourage you to review product details and sizing carefully before ordering.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, you may return your order and place a new one.
Online Returns Portal
We offer a self-managed Online Returns Portal to make the process simple and efficient.
You can access the portal via the Returns & Refunds section under the Info tab on our website.
Simply follow the prompts to submit your return request.

Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must remain attached
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. We encourage customers to review sizing carefully before purchasing, as we do not offer exchanges.
Refund Options
Once your return is approved, you can choose:
- Store Credit (+5% bonus)
- Refund to your original payment method
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will provide a refund, replacement, or repair in line with Australian Consumer Law, and cover the cost of return shipping.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Any items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Please ensure your return is securely packaged and include your order confirmation or receipt.
We recommend retaining proof of postage, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Processing
Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your item.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This policy applies to change-of-mind returns only and does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
