Need to make an exchange or return? 

It is paramount for us that you may do not like everything you ordered.

With our new self-managed Online Returns Portal we are making things easy for you.

This portal can be found in Returns and Exchanges menu option on the Home Page under INFO tab.

We will be listing here (coming soon) step-by-step guide to help you get started with super easy self-managed returns process simply by clicking “Returns & Exchange” Button and run your own Return Centre.

If for any reason you will not be able to use our new Online Portal, you can always call our Customer Service team Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (EST)

We are offering free postage from our store to you if you are exchanging size, colour or even selecting the entire new garment.

Please note, Warwick Jones does not cover the cost of return shipping on International Orders or orders being returned for refund, unless an item is faulty or a wrong item supplied by us.

Shopping online should be hassle free as shopping in store or even easier. For this reason, our Returns Policy is super simple.

You have 30 whole days from the day you receive your order to decide if it's not quite right and book in your return on our Online Return Portal. Everything you buy on our site is eligible for return except - FINAL SALE styles (if marked with FINAL SALE tag on the collection page) and underwear  - unless faulty. 

Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition as they are received - this means unworn and unwashed with tags attached.

Please be aware of pet hair and cigarette smoke that may transfer to the garments and result in a refund being refused.

There are very rare instances where you may have received a faulty or incorrectly barcoded item.

Contact us within 7 days if you have experienced this and would prefer a refund rather than exchange or credit. We can organise a reply paid label for your refund. 

We reserve the right to refuse your exchange or return if your item arrives in an a condition which does not meet our returns policy.

Alternatively you may return or exchange goods at Warwick Jones Spencer Outlet store. If an exchange of the same item cannot be made by Warwick Jones then we reserve the right to issue a credit note for the value of the item which is valid for 6 months. Warwick Jones reserves the right not to exchange on sale items. For further information on Product Returns, please refer to Trade Practices Act Guidelines, which Warwick Jones adheres to.
