Everything you buy on our site is eligible for return except - FINAL SALE styles (if marked with FINAL SALE tag on the collection page) and underwear - unless faulty.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition as they are received - this means unworn and unwashed with tags attached.
Please be aware of pet hair and cigarette smoke that may transfer to the garments and result in a refund being refused.
There are very rare instances where you may have received a faulty or incorrectly barcoded item.
Contact us within 7 days if you have experienced this and would prefer a refund rather than exchange or credit. We can organise a reply paid label for your refund.
