We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, you may return your order and place a new one.

Online Returns Portal

We offer a self-managed Online Returns Portal to make the process simple and efficient.

You can access the portal via the Returns & Refunds section under the Info tab on our website.

Simply follow the prompts to submit your return request.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must remain attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. We encourage customers to review sizing carefully before purchasing, as we do not offer exchanges.

Refund Options

Once your return is approved, you can choose:

• Store Credit (+5% bonus)
• Refund to your original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will provide a refund, replacement, or repair in line with Australian Consumer Law, and cover the cost of return shipping.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale items
• Any items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

We recommend retaining proof of postage, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your item.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This policy applies to change-of-mind returns only and does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
