Returns and Exchange

Our Guarantee


Warwick Jones Stores makes every effort to make sure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't right, let us know within 14 days of receipt of the goods. We'll send you another colour, a new size or an entirely different style. Email us your questions or call 03 9555 9911 (local call charge) Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (EST).

When return, please enclose your receipt and merchandise within 14 days of receipt of the goods and return to any Warwick Jones Stores or simply mail to:

If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by ringing 03 9555 9911 Return the goods by Mail or to any Warwick Jones Stores and we will replace or refund any faulty products and pay for the return freight, on receipt and evaluation of the goods by Warwick Jones Stores and the manufacturer. Please include written documentation as to what is wrong with your item.

Exchange

If you want to exchange a product for any reason other than the item being, damaged or faulty, you must pay for the freight and handling charges and we must receive the goods back in the original state, with proper tags still attached to the item, unworn and undamaged within 14 days. Please include a copy of your order when returning goods. Alternatively you may exchange goods at any of our Warwick Jones stores. If an exchange of the same item can not be made by Warwick Jones Stores then we reserve the right to issue a credit note for the value of the item which is valid for 3 months. Warwick Jones Stores reserves the right not to exchange on sale items.
